Our Waterproofing Process Includes

•  Securing city permits
• Laying down plastic and plywood to protect the lawn
• Excavating to the bottom of the footer
• Removing existing drain and storm lines
• Cleaning walls
• Plastering walls and footer using latex and ironite fortified mortar
• Coating the walls with foundation tar, after the plaster dries
• Installing new 4" SDR35 PVC drain tile and storm lines
• Scheduling city inspection before backfilling
• Backfilling with 3/4" washed stone and topping off with approximately 18" of topsoil
